High performance digital MEMS accelerometers
High performance digital MEMS accelerometers
AXO®300 is a unique family of high performance closed-loop digital MEMS accelerometers housed in a SMD package. While open-loop MEMS accelerometers tend to demonstrate poor performances in harsh conditions, the built-in force-rebalance architecture makes our AXO®300 sensors extremely linear and insensitive to vibrations.
High stability and repeatability for dynamic applications
Leveraging best in-class bias repeatability and scale factor repeatability, AXO® precision MEMS accelerometers are the perfect candidates to sense acceleration in demanding temperature and vibrations environments.
The unrivalled noise level and excellent bias stability make AXO®300 an industry-leading sensor solution to build IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), MRU (Motion Reference Unit), GNSS-aided positioning, navigation, precision attitude, motion control and tilt measurements systems.
Low-SWaP alternative to quartz accelerometers
Our AXO®300 closed-loop high performance digital MEMS accelerometers sensors feature a 24-bit SPI digital interface and continuous self-test to speed-up their integration compared to conventional analog sensors solutions.
Unlike analog tactical-grade quartz accelerometers that exhibit bulky form factor, our high performance inertial sensors are housed in a hermetic SMD package to reduce the overall SWaP-C (Size, Weight, Power and Cost). In addition, our factory-calibration step removes the need for costly and complex temperature modeling at system-level.
For applications requiring both precise acceleration and angular rate sensing with high bias stability and high sensitivity constraints, the AXO®300 digital MEMS accelerometers sensors are ideally complemented by our GYPRO®4000 high stability digital MEMS gyros that pave the way to a new generation of miniature high performance multi-axis sensors solutions.
